Or anything I shared, for that matter? If so, let me know! I want to know if any free stuff is blowing your socks off. In my December 2025 Recap Newsletter, I’ll share some of my end of year finds, and a post in particular that triggered a story of my own. Enjoy!

Bonus Content—A Story About The Museum of Clean
When I saw this, admittedly, Mid-Century Modern style pool vacuum head, my mind immediately wandered back to Pocatello, Idaho circa 2022. I was driving from Salt Lake City, Utah to Seeley Lake, Montana with a friend from grad school (hi Jane!) and on our route, we decided to have breakfast for lunch at a diner in the town we were passing through, Pocatello. Once there, I thought of a road trip rule my friends Hannah and Danny introduced me to on a road trip we all took together (hi Hannah and Danny!) wherein everyone gets one ‘executive power’ on the road. This means that one passenger gets to choose one roadside attraction that everyone else in the car must agree to visit. On this lucky day, I noticed a sign for the “Museum of Clean” and invoked my power. Jane and I pulled up to the strange museum and wandered inside.
Upon entering, there was a play structure of Noah’s Ark for the kids visiting to romp around on and learn more from The Good Book. There were also knights made out of trash cans, and throughout the museum, other interesting sculptures and go karts made using cleaning products. In addition, there was an entire section with a bronze statue of the museum’s founder—a man dedicated to the practice of clean!—and vacuum cleaner parts from different eras (much like the one you see pictured, above!). I was taken aback by the sheer creativity and vision of one man to make public such a substantial cleaning honorarium in a 75,000 square foot building.
If you ever find yourself in Pocatello, The Museum of Clean is a must-see!!

"Everything but..." made me laugh out loud.
Also the museum of clean sounds amazing and freaky all at the same time! I wonder if it's tied to the whole "cleanliness is next to godliness" idea??
